Our gift cards never expire and have no additional processing fees. The general concept to 'give a gift' never expires, so why should ours be!
How do I purchase a gift card?
You can purchase gift cards the exact same way you would purchase any other product listed in our online store. To shop gift cards from this page, you can visit Buy e-Gift Card. Just select 'Gifts' section from homepage, and click on the 'Buy Gift Card' from the drop down list, select your preferred gift value and 'quantity'. Click 'Add to cart' to add gift card to your shopping cart and continue shopping or click 'Send Online Gift' to send your gift online via text, email or WhatsApp, selecting the date you want your gift sent.
How will the recipient or I receive the gift?
You or your recipient will receive your beautiful greeting card via email or text message and will be able to open the eGift online.
Can I send a gift without knowing the recipient’s address, size or style preference?
Yes, the recipient will be able to insert where they would like the gift to be sent to as well as adjust or exchange the gift for store credit.
The address and size you insert will be used as a backup.
When will the greeting card be sent?
When filling out the greeting card you can choose to send it now, or schedule it to be sent at a specific date. Kindly note that gift cards will be sent to you or your recipient only once payment has been been received.
How do I check my gift card balance?
You can check your gift card balance at any time from our web-store homepage. Just select 'Gifts' section from homepage, click on 'Check Gift Card Balance' from the drop down list, enter your gift card number on the space provided and click 'see your store credit', your gift card balance will be shown.
Can I use my gift card to pay for orders?
Yes, you may use the gift card to pay for any order from our store. You can use your gift card for more than 1 order as long as the balance has not reached P0.00. If you have P0.00 balance or the order total is more than the balance in your gift card, you can top up using other allowable payment methods.
How do I redeem my gift card?
Enter the unique gift card code at checkout to redeem its value. You can also send this unique gift card code to your loved ones as their present to redeem it during their purchases in our store.
Can I send a gift card via social media?
Yes. Just purchase your gift card as normal selecting 'Add to Cart'. Check out and pay as normal with your email address. You will receive an email with a link. Copy and paste to share this link with your recipient via your choice of social media including email. Your recipient will be able to use the link to view your gift card.
How do I pay for an order using my gift card?
At checkout, enter the gift card number in the space provided to use you card. When you redeem a gift card, the checkout displays one of the following options: If the balance available on the gift card is more than or equal to the total order value, then you can click 'Complete order'. If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, you will be required to choose a payment method to pay for the remaining balance before placing your order.
