Delivery & Collections

We strive to give you, our valued customer, a seamless online shopping experience, therefore, we ONLY sell products that we physically have in stock.

  • FREE Standard 3 days Delivery.
  • FREE Collection from us. We will contact you once your order is ready to arrange for your collection.
  • NEXT working day delivery (at additional cost); Orders must be placed before 12.00 midday, between Monday to Friday only, to be able to deliver next working day.
  • SAME DAY delivery (at additional cost); Orders must be placed before 10:00 a.m. to be delivered same day of placing order. Also includes requests for deliveries on Saturdays.
  • FAST TRACK (at additional cost): delivery within 1 hour from time of order. Also includes deliveries on Sundays, and public holidays.

We will contact you to confirm delivery before dispatch.

    • You may continue placing your order selecting ‘FREE Collection from us’ delivery option and specifying your correct delivery address in the space provided at checkout.

    Important Note: Delivery costs to outside Gaborone depend on the size, weight and dimensions of your package and can only be calculated once we receive your order. We will then contact you with total cost payable for your order.
